We are dedicated to fostering unity, empowerment, and holistic development, creating a brighter future for Matibi and its people.

Our Holistic Support for Sustainable Progress
We believe that sustainable progress is dependent on multiple factors like education, water, regeneration, nature, health. The complexity of community development needs a multidisciplinary approach. Therefore, we are trying to balance several pillars.
We are operating a self-learning center called Nook. It is a school without teachers, where the passion of imagination of the learners is at the very heart of learning. Alternative education is the foundation for a brighter future.
Our healthcare initiatives include supporting the Matibi Mission hospital, revival of surgery at Matibi, health awareness campaigns, and support for local clinics. Good health is essential for individuals and the community to thrive.
We work towards ensuring food security through sustainable agriculture practices, community gardens, and nutrition programs. Nourishing the community ensures their well-being and vitality.
We empower the community by supporting income-generating activities, self-learning training, and entrepreneurship. Economic stability enables families to break the cycle of poverty.
The permaculture activities are meant to regenerate the soil and introduce new ways of water management. We invest in green power through solar installations and sustainable practices. Humans are nature, if nature is ill, we are ill too.
Our Core Values
Unity
Bringing together diverse communities to work toward common goals
Empowerment
Building local capacity and enabling self-determination
Development
Holistic growth addressing health, education, and economics
Sustainability
Creating lasting solutions that protect our environment
Looking to the Future
Our vision extends beyond immediate needs to create a self-sustaining ecosystem where the Matibi community can thrive independently. We see a future where local innovations and solutions become models for other rural communities.
Through our comprehensive approach, we are building foundations that will support generations to come. The Nook learning center represents just the beginning of what's possible when communities are empowered to shape their own destiny.
We envision young people staying in their communities not because they have no choice, but because they see opportunities and potential in their homeland. This is the transformation we are working toward together.
