Phase 2A of the Matibi Mission Hospital Operating Theatre renovation delivers core structural, flooring, tiling, painting, sanitary, and door installations to restore Theatre 1, Theatre 2, and all associated support areas to full surgical functionality and modern healthcare standards.
Project Context
The theatre renovation is a multi-phase undertaking. Phase 1 completed initial minor structural repairs, preliminary plumbing and electrical upgrades, and basic internal finishing. Phase 2A now concentrates on the critical core works — structural strengthening, medical-grade flooring, tiling, hospital-grade painting, sanitary installations, and surgical door upgrades — that will leave the theatre in a fully functional state meeting infection control and surgical safety standards.
